The Egyptian Patent Office has issued administrative order No. 4/2010 dated 2 February 2010 allowing further three months extension for filing National Phase patent applications under the PCT scheme, after expiry of the 30 months grace period, upon payment of a late filing fees for each month delay in filing the application.
